    Fuel system question

If I give the gas pedal on my 61 109 station wagon a quick blip, the engine wants to stall. If I feather the gas pedal, then it revs up smoothly. What should I be looking for? Has a Rochester B carb, and I have recently rebuilt the entire fuel/ignition system.

    Thanks

If you experience rough acceleration and engine sputtering or stalling in your car, you may have to replace the accelerator pump.

So funny Mark, I just had a mechanic friend of mine over my house looking over my truck and he said the same thing...accelerator pump. Looks like I'll have to pull the carb and replace it.
      Thanks
