Help! drive shaft isn't reaching the differential

Hi Ive been taking forever to work on my series 2a. I needed to change out the axle due to the previous owners attempt to raise the landrover.
the problem I'm have is the driveshaft is coming up short. Is it due to the new axle? Did i install the differential upside down? Do I need to install spacers in the differential? Or did in mix up the leaf springs? ( i installed new bushing) Im sure its something simple i hope.

If anyone has ideas please let me know. Thx
