Side and Tail light housing

I'm currently using aftermarket Defender lighting on my 61 Series II 109 station wagon. I want to use the original glass lenses, but my original bases with the pigtails are rotten, and my glass lenses will not fit on the aftermarket bases. Is there a source for the light bases. Maybe from another British car that would fit my original glass lenses?

Triple C in Arizona has some parts- Morris Minor, Holden, A.C. and a few others all used Lucas L488 & 594 lights
