Reassembling spindle, backing plate, etc. Hylomar, greases, and torques?

    Day 52 of house confinement.

Thank gawd I have an old toy with lots to fix on it. 66 Series IIA FFR.
I have green bible and a couple of Hayes manuals - so I am trying to look stuff up...however.

Am reassembling backer plate to to front spindle assembly to swivel ball housing.
There's a paper gasket that goes between the spindle and the housing.
Does this gasket get greased, hylomared, or left plain vanilla?
Is there a specified torque for the bolts that hold the spindle and backing plate to the housing?

Also any opinions - grease or oil into the housing afterwards?

    Many thanks.
(and thanks to RN too for sending parts during these trying times)
    Stay safe guys -
