Let me see if I can get the engine in the truck running with what I have been given. If I can get the one in the truck running, then I'll definitely get rid of the extra engine since I really do not have a place for it anyway. At this point, I'm not even sure what one of these engines would be worth. What would one of these Rover NADA 6 cylinder engines be worth to you?

Well, I haven't had much time between work and the Holidays to do much more than look at the truck sitting in the garage, but I wanted to at least provide a link to an online gallery of when we went down to take a look at the truck and when we hauled her home.
Nice find! I too have been looking for either a 5 door or 3 door wagon. I have decided to go with the Mercedes Diesel route. Front Disc brakes and power steering along with Parabolic springs would be a good addition as well.
I went to alamosa last september. I was coming in from creede and remember seeing a red 109 off the left side of the highway behind a barn looking thing. I wanted to stop but I couldnt. Is this the same truck?
I should have known it would be an NADA and not just a basic 109. Shoot. I guess you should always stop.
That is the truck! Apparently, it had been sitting there for almost 4 years next to a mechanic friend's shop. I'm sure a lot of folks have seen the truck over the years. When I looked into some local guys transporting the truck for me, they all knew exactly where the truck was.
