    Clutch withdrawal thrust sleeve seal

69 2a - exmod -- Working on my clutch withdrawal mech. Replaced lower seal. Was ready to reinstall and when slipping the transmission shaft through it cracked and pushed the seal out on the upper sleeve. I can't figure out the proper technique for disassembling the thrust shaft and bearing to get to the seal.

Any help would be appreciated? Do I need to get a pulley or gear puller on that bearing? Is that a press fit that holds it all together?

You seem to have a fairly rare sealed clutch release mechanism. The majority do not have a lip seal in this area only a scroll. I believe the top hat sleeve is a slight interference fit in the bearing so it can be pushed out from the bearing side . Do you actually need to split it , doesn't the seal just push in from the end ? I have only ever seem one of these once but is now 40 odd years ago & I cannot remember the exact build.
