Series IIA Station Wagon 88 Front Door Adjuistment

Hello. Any suggestions on how to adjust the front door on a IIA 88 Station Wagon to relieve a door sag? Thanks, Robert

Robert, check your hinge pins with the bronze spheres. Maybe worn and replacement and rebuild is quite easy. There is adjustment made possible by loosening the bolts that go through the bulkhead part of the hinges into the threaded captive plate...when loose they have a small range of movement within their cage.

Hinge Pins are fine. I adjusted the latch part and than solved the problem of only engaging the secondary, but not the primary stop. Thanks, Robert
