Replace wiper unit on a ‘59 Series II

The blade and holder seem to have disappeared on my Series. And that doesn’t seem to be a part I can find anyplace.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

Also the blades look real good, provided it doesn’t do more that drizzle. Has anyone replaced theirs with something more robust? Is the issue fitting something else to the motor, or the strength of the motor?

    Thx all

I can say that new blades suk, i believe it because they have more plastic in them and they don't las tlong, they become stiff, are suseptable to UV and quit flexing. there are a couple manufacturers that use real rubber but I can't recall the name right now. I believe you are referring to 'arms'? it is most probably MG, Triumph and others have the same drive on the arm.

I've been stocking SUPERLATIVE arms and blades for decades with ZERO comebacks. The blades clear well and last for years. The arms are OE and also excellent quality. AND 100% rubber with no plastic.

        sorry, what does that mean?

British Atlantic suggested Rain X, which does seem to work better, provided it ‘only’ rains. A little.
