Getting at Master Cylinder Bolts

A little help please... I am replacing the brake master cylinder on my '74 RHD Series III. I am stuck on getting at the bottom securing bolt. Any tips on how to reach the bolt without taking the whole brake pedal assembly out to get at it from below?

The process is much easier if you do take the complete petal box out as an assembly and do the master cyl. r/r on the bench.

Thanks for the help. That's what i ended up doing since the housing needed to be cleaned any way. Turns out our hosts sold me the wrong rebuild kit so Rex is down for a few days (told me it was a dual vice the CV master cylinder).
