Where does this part go on my Ser III 88?

Ok.. I spent the afternoon cleaning and sorting my garage a bit. On my work table, I came across this part untagged / unbagged and I can't recall where it came form on my Ser III 88. I know it's bad my memory is going but I was thinking hand brake? but I'm not too sure Any Ideas?
(is it even a rover part?)

OK, I'll play. It looks like the theaded and spring loaded pin for the clevis on the emergency brake bell crank.

or it could be the threaded pin for the 4-wheel high (yellow) lever...
