PLACEMENT OF SOLONOID & COIL

Where is the proper placement of the solonoid & coil, in a 1972 Series III usa engine bay. Any pictures would be helpful of an engine bay or and original layout from the factory

Coil is usually on the bulkhead, high up and almost directly in line with the carb. I've seen tem clamped horizontally and vertically so take your pick.

Solenoid is about half way down the bulkhead and almost directly in line with the dizzy or maybe slightly higher.
