    springs

So I am trying to get my Rover road worthy on a shoe string budget.
My rear springs are shot. I found rear parabolics I can barter for.
Can I run the parabolics just in the rear, or will this do bad things to the way the truck handles?
Also can I buy just fronts in the future?

i'm putting RM parabolics on my truck. i have the rear done now and will get to the fronts in a few weeks. the truck handles fine. it does sit a bit higher in the rear, about 2", so the truck looks a little funny. not that a series truck looks funny to begin with...

i've been driving it this way for a few weeks, and while it travels fine, i sure am looking forward to getting the front ones on.

There is a guy in East Hartford CT that has a set of rear parabolics for sale on Land Rover Exchange that he said were lightly used. Almost in your back yard and Ernie is a great guy. Email is ernest.novey@pw.utc.com. Don't know which ones (88 or 109) you are looking for but they might work out for you.

Like I said you won't deal with a nicer guy. It got my replacement tub him.
