Classifieds Thread: Does it exist?

Is there a classifieds thread somewhere on this form where everone sells/trades/buys used parts? Most forums have them but I didn't see anything on here. If not, any suggestions on a place to post up a "wishlist" ?

Yes. You can navigate to the main board to the left of your Log In and PM's. There are only Veicles Wanted, and Vehicles for sale. Nothing else.

Official answer is, classifieds are for vehicles only. If you want to buy parts, talk to the hosts. If you want to sell parts, you're competing with the hosts.


But, I think that even they recognize that, occasionally, there are some odd parts that aren't generally available, that an occasional post of something to let go might be okay, but don't make a habit of it. Just my perspective, might be wrong... YMMV....

Thanks. Sometimes I just have random parts that I dont' need and would like to sell or trade to fellow land rover owners. Not trying to run a competing business or anything like that. I just know if I put a part for sale locally...that I doubt anyone would even know what it was!
