    Just Braggin'

Ok, just showing off here, but take a look at the plate I managed to snag last week. Any one else with a special plate?

That's amazing...I can't believe that plate was available! My Rover does not have a special plate since I can't decide what I want to put on it.

Jeez, are you the Governor of the Commonwealth of Masschusetts or something?! There must be a lot of Bay State Rover Owner Association members jealous of you now.

Move to Maine or Vermont - our "personal" plates are easy to get. Fewer people, less demand, less politics

I am surprised that was available. Good find there. Living in the baystate myself. If I had to pick a vanity plate for my rover it would be Gamera or Bender (from futurama). Both appropriate names for the beastie.

        Cheers,

        Jason

But isn't Gamera originally from the Japanese Godzilla films?

Ah yes I wasted a number of Saturday afternoons in my childhood watching Godzilla melt plastic tank and jet models with his fire breathing awesomeness!

Now if only the Japanese could talk when their lips were moving....

Yes Gamera is Japanese, does creatur double feature ring a bell? An ugly turtle that shoots flames and smoke and makes god awful noises sounds like my truck (except for the flame bit). Just watched one of those movies with my son. It was hard not to laugh.

I think that at least one of my Rovers has shot flames out - I think it was back through the carb but flames they were!

                        Jared,
Nice score---I run antique plates (a LOT cheaper) so this is all I could get:
