    Hey guys!

Thompson (aka TSR53) has been gracious enough to create a NADA Registry logo for us 1967 NADA 109 guys. What do you think?

It looks like he is willing to make one for each vehicle # if you are interested. I have added mine as part of my signature.

    Enjoy!

    1996 Land Rover Discovery SE7
    1995 Range Rover Classic SWB

Yes, yes, yes... settle your jets . I'll be able to start numbering them tomorrow and starting with #002. I've got to make a few adjustments first.

            Question on NADA # 021

Does anyone know what the piece below the fuel filler is? Some kind of over fill baffle to keep spills from running down the side?

It looks like a step plate off of a boat to me. Protection for scratches from the gas nozzle?? Was the gas cap on a keeper strap? I don't know!?!

I would like one of the registry logos as well, but I think that mine is a 1968.

              Thanks!!

Yes, for our Santa Cruz Mountain boys (and everyone else) you bet I'll work on stickers.

ps... I'm kinda partial to Linus' area - grew up in Saratoga, CA. Learned the 4WD ropes amoungst the Madrone, Oak and Manzanita of the Sanborn Park fire roads. Red dirt, red mud, super steep gnarly rutted mud-slide wheelin'.
                      Cheers, Thompson

                        well come on back

Come visit some time. We can do it again!

Thanks for the work you put into our logos.

Also, is there any way to convince RN to carry some engine parts for us? I wrote a letter to you guys about it but didnt hear back. I sent is snail mail so maybe its on a train or horse coming back as we speak...

Anyway, its a rover P4 110 sedan engine witht he suffix B weslake head. Parts can easily be had from rover parts suppliers in england but no one stocks any of it here. It would be great if you just had some simple things like a water pump, distributor drive shaft, valve cover gasket...
Some of the basic wear items that we could order in a pinch.

pardon my ignorance, but how do I add this to my signature line?

it seems to want a website, do I need to copy it to a website, then link to it?

                          thanks,

                            1. Go to your numbered listing above and right click on the linked "signature logo".
                            2. This brings up a drop down menu.
                            3. Choose "Copy Link Location".
                            4. Then, go up on the top brown bar on the forum (to the upper left) and click on "User CP".
                            5. Choose "Edit Signature" from the top of the list on the left side.
                            6. In the Edit Signature box, click on the little and then right click and "paste" from step #3.

                            That should do it.
                            Cheers, Thompson
