I have a set of vent screens that have been sitting in a box for a while and thinking about mounting them. I have two "large" and two small ones like 6" but I aint seen them mounted before...anyone got some pics?

The vent screens are mounted with sheet metal screws. Really easy if they were there prior but in my opinion a real PITA to do from scratch but well worth it.

When fixing this truck up - I would do everything I could to preserve the FM converter. It is a way cool piece of nostalgia.Firemanshort

I'm not sure it was ever a workhorse - it was owned by a doctor and I think it was more of a pleasure vehicle or commuter. The body is way too straight to be a workhorse. i helped my big brother mount his fm converter in his 1960 pontiac starchief, back in '72. we put it next to the under the dash 8 track'64 Series IIA 88 Canvas Tilt
