Brake Anchor Plate Screws

Can anyone tell me what size self tapping screw is used to hold the anchor plate to the bottom of the brake shoe? I've got an 88 with 10" brakes.

I think the originals were real short 1/4-28. The last set of Mintex I bought had 1/4-20 self tapping screws. The heads were too big and interfered with the shoe so I just tapped the holes and used the originals.
