    series 3 brake ?

we got the 4x4 axle in the front of Ludwig so now he is a proper 4x4 we bleed the brakes but now I have to pump the brakes twice to get them to work

so is it normal to have to pump the brakes twice ?

we only bleed the front brakes, and we adjusted the adjustors, we did not bleed the brakes via the manual

    Ludwig is a 1975

If they were bled correctly, then the other thing to check is the adjustment. How are the adjusters, are they "notching" correctly? They could be worn out.

I would bleed them starting at the right rear and move towards to MC. You probably still have air there.

thats what I was afraid of, that the rear brakes would need bleed too, we had to replace the front wheel cylinders with the bleader valves because the bleeder valves broke off
