Here's a couple of my new to me 1958 109. Finally fabed up an exhaust intermediate pipe so I could run it.
See I need to address a good oil leak and radiator leak. Also need to dig into why it will start one time and then won't turn over the second time. Needs a well charged battery or jump first time, then shut it off and it does not want to restart every time?

1960 is a great year! I'm partial to that year. :-) Years ago I ran into a guy who also had a 1960 like yours and mine, that was exactly one hundred newer than my by serial number. What are the odds!!!
Your truck looks great!!!

Here are a few seen on Oahu.

I don't think this 88 has seen much action in a long while.

This one is waiting at a condo complex

A driver!!

A pinzgauer junk yard.
The salt air is tough on cars. I talked with the mechanic. Apparently getting parts for the pinzgauers is hard and quite pricey.

Just my 1960 88", waiting for the snow. Not my daily driver, but somehow I drive it almost every day.

crankin...thank-you for going over the mechanicals and operation of the vehicle with me...I learned a whole lot and also enjoyed meeting and talking rovers with you. Hope to get the fluids changed this week and place some miles on it. I'll give you a call in a week or so.
BTW...I saturated the leaf springs with that nice smelling silicone penetrating oil. Maybe, not as bouncy the next time I take it out...LOL!

I agree with the good company stomper. No secret handshakes yet...I wasn't a member when I met him last night. However, I just registered in the Brotherhood so I would think the secret handshake is forthcoming...thanks for the comments on the 109.
