That's a sweet setup! I wish the 2.25 had enough a$$ to haul something like that .
How stable was the rear end while sleeping, did you ever feel like it wanted to lift the tougue off the ground ?
I hope we are not taking too much of a tangent on this thread - if so I apologize and we can move it elsewhere.
First, the trailer isn't complete. Lots to do like a custom nose box, sliders, finishing up some welding, and a drawer system, kitchen etc. before dismantling it for galvanizing and paint. But it has one temporary rear leg, eventually two once I do the sliders, so it isn't tippy at all. I don't seem to have too many shots of it in action, but I have used it a half dozen times this year.
However, weight is it's downfall. I love everything about it, including the awesome defender suspension, but it's too heavy. It was 1000 pounds with the spare before adding the roof, rtt, tire carrier and light bar, so it will probably be close to 1500 pounds when all done (before cargo). I have been busy and have not put much time into it this year (and I can't store it at home so this hampers work) but it's given me time to consider making my own lighter frame and going with a lighter more traditional trailer suspension and electric brakes. I can add an actuator for the hydraulic brakes but then I still have the weight issue.
I tow it with my 90 and 110 when I had it. Pulls fine, but a bit heavy on the brakes.
not particularly exciting compared to some of the other blowing through drifts, but the camera woman was out for this escape out of 18" snow this past weekend. The wind was wicked, as were most drivers.

Very nice ride, love the pup peeking out of the back...
