Is there a difference between a lightweight soft top and a regular swb soft top?

Not that I've found. I'm running a regular 88" softtop on my lightweight and other than the fact that it's junk, it works fine.

You can also fit a regular 88" hard top between the two, in case you were wondering.

I'd be interested in the set, but I'm on the west coast.

Hood sticks are the same. The only differences are with the canvas. A true Ltwt canvas will have a couple extra little flaps on the side where the antenna mounts pocked through (at least with the 24V version). They all fit the same though.

This one was a 24v canvas top so it has the flaps. I can do shipping but would prefer local pickup as shipping and packing maybe as much as 200 dollars thanks

I'd be interested in some pictures before I decide for sure, but I'm interested. Do you know what kind of top it is, as in the maker?
