    New Fender Flares...

So I picked up a set of Series fender flares from a fellow forum member who had a friend bring them over from the UK. I was originally trying to find some D90 flares...but those needed to be modified and these fit perfect. I also like that the are somewhat rounded off. Please note, I am still in the process of installing them...currently just getting them lined up how I want before I actually install them so they may appear to have a slight gap here or there. I still really like the original look w/out flares so I'm still debating....but my wheels are barely outside of the bodyline, so rocks sling up against the side of the body. The flares will actually serve a purpose.

    Just for reference...the rover is a D90 axle setup w/ coil springs (current 2.5" lift...about to be 3")....chassis is custom galvanized by Arrow services. 2.5L / LT77 / LT230

    Opinions? Thoughts? Yay? Nay?

    And a few other shots...

I like it - but they would look better on my coil SII rover

Any detail info on sources, part numbers and prices?
      Please

OH my god those are nasty!
Ruins the lines of a classic!

Take them off and send them to me to dispose of which I would be willing to do for free so they won't end up defacing on another rig!

        except mine.

The flares look good. What I really covet is your pickup cab top.

The MPS 4x4 store has them:

                  Series II/III

                  And Lightweight

                  About $150 for a set of 4.

Woo, pretty Landie jewelry there! They should help you keep that lovely paint right where it should be, and not on the sharp points of some nasty piece of gravel. Me like lots!!

Thanks for the comments everyone. Words can't express how much fun it is owning a series rover.

                        They are 15" wheels.

Can you shoot some pics of your rear fuel tank? Did you build the rear filler sheet metal?
