I have a 67 Series IIA and it has a ENM hours counter reader located on the radiator.. Does anybody now what this does and if it was common on the Series or should I just do away with it.
I have never heard of it or ever seen one on a Series Rover, but it makes sense. If it's measuring engine hours, then it's a perfect tool for determining maintenance schedules. In some uses [farming, logging, estate work] engine hours is a much better way than mileage to keep tabs on maintenance schedules. All the commercial fishing boats here have them.
