      Sryup season- It has snowed every weekend!

      Here is a picture of my series sryup season adventures!

      Jeff A- I wrote up a little article and sent some pics for your review...

      This year has been pretty crazy 3 out of 4 weekends when I was up there it snowed overnight What happened to global warming???

            Maple Syrup

            Great Thread...!! I love the whole syrup process..


            In the still photo you can see a glimpse of my LR wings in the driveway..The tub is on saw horses just in front of them, though it's not really visible.




            Here's a quick video of my homemade evaporator..



            I only tapped 11 trees this year , but still produced 3-1/2 quarts.. enough for us... we still have a gallon left from last year
