Splash guard to underside of wings.

We have had some really nice weather here in Tennessee, so, I have found myself back stripping paint and repairing things.

My current problem is on the underside of the wings. There seems to be a plate (one side tack welded to the wing) that the splash guards attach to. Both the left and right sides are there....but are in bad shape.

Does anyone have a picture of what they should look like...so that I can rig something up.
