Hub Seal Tool 13G 1349 ?

I'm getting ready to service the hubs on my S3 Lightweight. The vehicle has the hub design from the late 80's - meaning that both inner & outer bearings are the same and there is a double-lip oil seal. The manual specifies to use special tool 13G 1349 to install the seals to the correct depth. Unlike older seals that are flush with the hub, these seals need to be recessed about 3/16".

Does anyone know where I can buy / borrow this tool? I'll have to check with our hosts on Monday.
