The none ribbed ones? AB has them. They are stout, but lack ribs.

Ribbed ones available from our hosts. That would be my suggestion. And Galvanize the bulkhead. I have no welding talent so I sourced the task out to Ike.

RN carries the nicest ones currently available. They do not match the original dimensions exactly but with some work they make a very nice repair. Be sure to grind off the galv before welding. Zinc fumes are not good for you.

thanks guys. the 1st place i looked was rn. don't know why i couldn't find 'em. i went and fab'd some patches. slightly thicker. was able to save the ribs as the patch stops just above. now the find me a welder. can't get it to my friend's shop with the front axle & suspension off.
