    Removing Windows Questions

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know of a way to quickly attach/remove the window frames from our series rovers other than having to get a socket and unbolt both posts on each window?

I use the Euro Truck Top during the summer as its a lot cooler. Living near the coast means spotty rain showers throughout the day where I find myself installing and removing the windows.

Is there any alternative to this other than having an entire canvas top to cover the whole rover?

Are there any type of "quick release" methods removing/installing the window frames?

Are there any type of soft top windows to go in place of the metal framed windows while still keeping the full or short hardtop on?

    thanks!
    Nick

You can just drop them on without nuts, they won't go anywhere.

True but without tightening them down...they wobble and hang outward allowing a good bit of water in during a downpour.

Atlantic british had some thumbscrews for them, though I'm not sure how much time they'd really save.
