    Worth a Laugh

    Found this shot as I was organizing files.

    It shows the basic frame of my bulkhead jig, perfectly square, and with the correct dimensions, just after it's been fully welded, and ready for fitting the bolt holes and stands.

    Notice any problem?

        Yeah. what do you need that big metal pole for? Didn't have one for mine..guess that was my problem.

          you should take that jig to get dipped in galv. That way it won't rust

            yeah, i think i was alittle too much 'in the zone'. and no alcohol as an excuse even.
