    Starts ideals briefly and dies

Okay here it is. The 109 will start, idles for a 4-6 seconds then dies, pushing/pumping the gas pedal does nothing. It has a Ducellier distributor with electronic ignition. That is where I was planning on starting any other ideals?

    Thanks
    Scott

FWIW, my first instinct would be to check for fuel supply issues; ie: stuck carb float, etc.

X2. Sounds more like fuel issue to me as well.

How are the plugs? Colour at the tips? A nice, golden brown or dark brown/black? Could be the elect. part of the dist. breaking down. Do you have spark when the engine stops?

        Please advise
