    Missing bolt or normal ops?

On our 109 as we've been getting her up to par I've been ignoring the leaks until I got the rest of her taken care of. Now that we have, there is a particular leak I'm slightly concerned about and a little confused.

On the back of the transmission, just above the crossmember, there is a bolt hole that is threaded, but nothing is in it ... should there be?

Pictures attached, hoping for clarification. If there is in fact supposed to be a bolt there would anyone happen to know the size? I've crawled under the rig while she's running and verified the oil draining onto my pan is indeed coming from this hole.

    Thanks.

Sounds like you've got a bad rear-main seal. Yes, there is supposed to be a bolt there but it looks like it's acting as a drain for you clutch housing. Better leave it out and let the oil drain until you're ready to pull the motor and tackle the rear-main.
