    You can run a rubber hose off the overflow outlet and extend it up a bit, its an old air-cooled VW fix for rough roads. Additional you will probably need to bent the accelarator pump linkage from a gentle bend "(" to almost a "C" to get good response from the rochester. But first address the pressure issue.

      I installed a Fuel Pressure Regulator to bring the 6 psi down to 3 psi. Runs just fine now, no overflow.

      I'd be curious to know what pressures others are getting out of their new fuel pumps (Genuine and Pro-Line), or if they have ever checked?

        Genuine - Most common is 2.5 to 3 lbs pressure at idle.

        Proline - That depends upon what fuel pump RN is purchasing at the time and rebranding proline. It could be anything. But whatever brand it is I'm sure the good folks at RN are trying to make sure they purchase pumps with the right spec.
