    a second fuel gauge?

I am adding a second fuel tank under the left hand front seat in my Series III 109. I'd rather have two fuel gauges than switch between one, for the added situational awareness.

Has anyone added a second stock gauge to the empty 'slot' in the stock 4" water temp fuel gauge cluster?

No one? I ask because the Lucas fuel gauges from our host and others all show available appear to be made to fit in that extra slot. That's why they look backwards isn't it?

i had mine set up with the switch, then i was going to replace my amp meter with a 2nd fuel gauge. i did not do it or check to see if it was going to fit but thought it would. didn't actually try it cuz i scored an electric water temp gauge. if your gotta know before ya buy a 2nd gauge why not just move the gauge ya got over to see if it fits?

Do you really need a heater in Hawaii? Probably not like we do here in Maine, but does it get that cold?

Thanks Scott. I am pretty sure it will fit and if you notice the lettering is set is such a way that it should look right in the upper right. So, clockwise from '12' fuel, fuel and water temperature.

That's the plan, I ordered one from our hosts.
