Closed for the Holidays?

Has anyone else been able to contact our hosts today?

I called the non 1-800 number, since it never works from work, and I get a message that they are closed for the holidays, opening today at 8 EST.

Then, a computer voice comes on and says "the operator is not available" and it hangs up on me.
