Sorry but that piece of metal can't be DOT approved. It looks way too flimsy so I hope that is the one you want to replace. I am almost 100% sure our hosts carry it.

You need the original seat-belt anchor which can be obtained at LR Series UK

not sure if it's DOT, but it's original for the vehicle. obviously needs replacing. disassembled it yesterday, called the host, been OOS for months and may no longer be available through RN.
