    Bolt on roll cage

While yes the cage does bolt on notice that the builders cut through the body panels to obtain access to the chasis. That said I would recomend finding a really good off-road fab shop and asking them if they could do a custom roll cage. A great many shops do custom cages for jeeps, those are the guys I would hunt down. And don't forget to consider that you may want to remove the hard top at some point, therefore a removeable cage might be advisable.

The external cage which came on the NAS110 was made by a company called Safety Devices. There is another UK firm who makes one just like it, whose name has escaped me right now. None of those frames are welded into one piece.
The 110 cage also has an internal hoop underneath the center, outside crossbar, which spans the roof. In all, the cage as a whole goes to the frame at 8 points. The entire cage is bolted together, and rather robust at that. I have seen 2 rolled 110s and the bodywork was fine. I can dissassemble the cage on my 110 in about an hour, though it takes two people to take the main 2 hoops off.
