Well I repaired a leaking front hub removed the locking hubs made repairs to gasket and re-assembled I had two bolts that felt funny in the hole but Figured that was normal, broke one felt it go and stripped the other one almost seated but not quite.... Anybody had these problems before and is so how hard to fix( removal of broked bolt ends)

I used a bolt extractor to remove a broken bolt on one of my hubs. I was lucky. Drilled the hole in the broken piece and reversed the drill to get the drill bit out and the broken piece came right out on the drill bit. Didn't even have to use the extractor bit which is just a coarsely, reverse threaded bit. Maybe you'll get lucky too.

They make left had drills (not extractors) that are awesome for this kind of situation. I haven't seen them from our hosts, you may want to check Harbor Freight.

Just get another hub. Most Rover guys will have a few spares laying around and will give them to you for the freight.
