    Fuel Pump Location

I am changing the e-pump on my IIa back to the manual pump. When I got her the manual pump was not there so I want to make sure I'm installing the pump in the correct location, etc. Does any one have a diagram or picture of the manual pump location and how it's set up that I can use as a guide and to verify my work?

    I could take a picture of that today if you'd like. I have a 65 109.

If you can that would be great. The placement should be the same or near enough for me to make sure I'm doing it right.

I've flipped through the green bible and the repair guide but neither have a overall diagram of where everything is under the bonnet.

There is only one place to install the manual pump. I'm not sure I understand the confusion? From the distributer side of the engine look to your left on the side of the block.

there's most likely a plate covering the pump location so it doesn't look like a pump mounting location. wand just need a pic of one mounted and he'll see the plate, remove it blah blah blah.

Thanks guys, Yeah Scott there is a plate covering it(and dirt covering that) and I thought that was the spot but I wanted to be sure so those images are exactly what I needed.

Now, IIRC, the pump is not driven directly off the cam, but off a short rod from the cam.
