    Bike rack on recovery hitch

Have any of you creative folks attached a bike rack to a recovery hitch?

    How?

I dont feel like taking my bikes apart to put in the back, besides the fact that once in there, there is no space for anything else.

I'f you swap that hitch you've got out for a class III hitch like that from Pangolin or maybe our hosts (I'm sure Les will let us know) you can simply slot a generic stinger type bike carrier in the hole. It'll be cheaper to do that than build a custom bike mount and you have the advanteg of being able to swap it to other vehicles which can be important for shuttling.

You could also try one of the racks that attach to a rear mounting spare but place it on your tail gate. If that will not work you can always make one from hooks you can get at Lowes or Home Depot, some treated lumber and either clamps or small ratchet straps.
