    Now thats a big 109!

Someone known as "the Rainbow Sheik" and "the Arabian Chuck Norris" apparently has a thing for very large vehicles. In this picture, you'll see a huge 109 that is both a bridge over a road (look closely, there is an entire person visible in the middle row window) and an operating cafe: http://jalopnik.com/5509859/the-rain...tion/gallery/7

    here is another shot: http://jalopnik.com/5509859/the-rain...tion/gallery/3

There is more to the story on Jalopnik...

I'll be in Abu Dhabi at the end of next week. I'll go take a look and report in on this one. Looks the the giant rover is a cafe, and the entrance to the guys car museum. Wonder if I can get a behind the scenes tour for being a series owner?

Here's the web site. Redmondrover, I was dreading this trip until just now. All the boring meetings, and the 15 hour flight will be worth it to see this...along with the 12 hour layover in Amsterdam on my way home.

Probably has a turning circle about the same as my 109.

Well, granted it's a Dodge Powerwagon and not a Series IIA, but this thing is unreal. Worth a watch, it runs too.

Those are some amazing vehicles...and they move! Too bad, looks like the Land Rover does not.
