Why dont we have a MOD Registry?

I pretty sure there are a good amount of MOD vehicles here. After the MOD list we could make sub groups of SWB, LWB, 101FC, LW and Ambulances.

Heck what makes bug-eyes or NADAs special? Our MOD vehicles held the line in numerous small wars and helped defeat the Soviet Bloc, now thats something special.

same reason there's not a iia 88 registry...there's just to many of 'em. mods like the short iias aren't as rare as bugeyes & NAD 109s

Oh I don't know, when you consider all the ex-MOD trucks had to be specially imported in small batches by individuals or small companies like RN and Skytop There really aren't THAT many of them over here. I think it is a kind of cool idea. In the greater scheme of things they aren't rare- true but thier importation here wasn't huge and will probably be eclipsed by the current influx of 110s etc. There was a brief window where these things were available cheap and were a popular import and that time has more or less passed.

I'm all over this. Let me get it started here and I'll design a proper logo. I'll keep you guys dialed in on this.

You know with the variation that occured from the factory it's kind of hard making a purist claim with any Rover. Each is unique and adaptation to keep it running or do it's job better is all part of what makes Land Rover's the BEST 4X4XFAR!

So would this be called "Retired Veterans-Ex MOD vehicles" ?

While I appreciate the separate MOD registry by the time I finish mine the only thing that will be left making it an ex-MOD is a plate on the bulkhead. I think I'll pass on this one. Hope I haven't offended anyone.
