    WARN hub question

I have a set of WARN hubs on my 88. I did install new seals a while ago. Ever since I had them off one consistently will not always move from free to lock or lock to free without moving the truck. I don't remember this ever being an issue on my old Rover or on my current Rover until I had resealed them. Any ideas what I screwed up. Since I've got folk's attention how often should I turn the hubs in to lubricate the bits that need lubricating that don't get lubricated with the hubs unlocked. Thanks as usual.

I'd say it's normal. The splines that have to engage are pretty course so if the wheel's not lined up right it's going to need jogged a little.

I've put a lot of effort into making mine as clean, lubed, and perfect as possible and sometimes they're a little stubborn about locking in.

    Kind regards, Josh
