What is the size and thread of the 4 bolts that holds the stering relay plate to the chassis??

Bolt size... answer

They are 1/4" UNF (28tpi) X 5/8" with a 1/4 inch spring washer. I went with 316 Stainless Steel with a little blue loctite for a little extra insurance. Grade 5 will work fine though.

Thanks. I was afraid that they where BSF bolt. I have to clean the thread in the new chassis and wanted to be sure.
