Engine rebuilders in Richmond VA

!#$%, I just threw a rod! Was out back at work talking with one of the mechanics during lunch when I put the truck in gear and went to pull away and pow...bang bang bang . They are way too busy to help me and I'm afraid that I'd not do a good job so can anyone recommend a good engine rebuilder in the Richmond VA area.

They seem to have that "old timer" know how and are comfortable working on older engines. No idea if they do complete rebuilds.

There is a guy, Ben, in Charlottesville - know they talk about him on the ROVA boards.

I know a guy, good friend, in Lynchburg if you want to trailor it, Babcock's Auto. His daughtor married an Adamson of Richmond area Rover fame if that means anything.
