    Servo problem

After a 1-1/2 years I finally got the swb IIa down off the ramps for a test run down the block. Every time I push the brake peddle even slightly the engine stalls. When I clamp off the vacuum line to the servo the problem goes away so I'm assuming there is some type of a vacuum problem, is the servo serviceable or am I better off just replacing the servo?
How come dumb stuff always seems so smart when your doing it?

There's a rubber diaphragm between the front and rear sections of the servo, probably ruptured while sitting. Replace it. (theoretically possible to replace the diaphragm if you could find the part, but I don't take chances on brakes)

Just replaced mine with a proline model from our hosts - easy job, done in an afternoon with 2 beers
