    Weber 1bbl jets

How do I tell what jet size I have in my Weber? According to Terri Ann at my altitude (around 1000ft ASL) I should be running a 165; they came From the factory with 155, but I got it in the NC Mtns so it may have a 175...I could just buy the 165 and be sure, but i didn't know if there was a way to tell. Thanks!

The current spec Weber 34ICH (part number 15290.027) is factory jetted as follows:
    Main Jet = 165
    Em. Tube = F6
    Air Corr. Jet = 190

It's my understanding that these are the recommended 'starting pont' jets for the 2.25L if at sea level.

The jets should be marked with the size.

As you go higher in altitude, you may need to go to a leaner jet. Since the jet size increases with the # of the jet, you would need a smaller # jet.

Thanks, Jac04! I was working with a friend on his motorcyle carb yesterday and when we pulled the jets we couldnt determine the size because it wasnt written on it...I assumed the same for the Rover.

So, at roughly 1,000 feet above sea level, a 165 jet is the best option for me?

        Yes, I'd start with a 165.
