    K&N Air Filter

I've read several threads about K&N Air Filters and several questions about which one to get. So, I thought I would post the part number of the one I got for my Weber 34ich carb. I've read about RU-6090, but due to its 3.5" height there were concerns about clearance. So, I researched the sizes and found one that works and is only 2" in height. I went to Advance Auto, ordered it, and had it in 2 days.

The part number is RC-1900. Below is a pic of it on my rig. Just thought I would share in case anyone is looking.

I have been considering a K&N and have your same carb. Thanks for the info and part number. Did you re-jet your carb and, if so, what size did you use? Good results?
Thanks in advance (no "timing" pun intended)...

sigpic Pretty good performance from the old 2.25 petrol! Then again, she does have the Fairey overdrive...

I haven't re-jetted the carb and I'm not entirely sure what jets I'm running to be honest. Spoke with a guy at BP and he said the weber 34ich is jetted for sealevel from the factory, which is the 165 jet. I've also heard they come with the 155....so I really need to dig into the carb and find out.
