Carb Storage
08-05-2010, 07:46 AM
I have removed my carb (Weber 34ICH) from a project vehicle that will be in storage for a while. Should I do anything to it before storing it.

Remove all the fuel from it and then put a tag on it indicating its condition.
I hate it when I store something and then later on I pull it out, try to use it and realize that I've installed a busted part

i would have to agree with the tag idea, also if your sealing it up in something i like to toss in one of those little silicone baggythingamajigs that come with packing sometimes...are suppose to remove any moisture in the air
