You will be hard pressed to improve on this year's event. I really think that folks comes to see old friends and to see what changes happened over the past year. I wouldn't change a thing. Again thanks to you all for all that you did.

    Awesome weekend.
Thanks to all who made the trip.
I do not have the pix downloaded yet, I'll get that done tonite.
I have the gift certs. for the trial competitors and will mail them out in the next couple of days.
Many thanks to Don, Judy and Mike for the hospitality and generousity to all who attended.
Thanks to Tom Bache for sharing his rare fine of a 3 point hitch for a Series 109", it will be very interesting to see the installed equipment.
Fergie is still recovering, he had a very quiet, uneventful trip back to South Burlington, a steady 4 hour drive.

Anyone any thoughts for next year?
    Trailer reversing, green laning? Etc?

Awesome pictures, Nels! I'm sorry I wasn't able to attend. Saturday must have been picture-perfect because it was pretty damn hot at Rentschler Field on Saturday for UConn game.

    Two questions:

    a) To whomever owns the '88 with all the stickers (Mass. plate 1234KK): Is that a electric Belleview winch on the front? Looks exactly like the one I had.

    b) To whomever owns the '88 (Conn. plate 1955LR): What brand of spotlight is that on your bulkhead? I haven't seen that before but it looks sharp there.

Very cool photos. At times makes me want to move back east. Afraid I might have an overly "romantic" idea of what living in New England is really like.

Beautiful fall colors. The GF and I are planning a Fall New England trip next year to try to catch the colors. Her brother lives in Maine and her sister in NYC so thinking we could start in the north and follow the colors south. I/We think it would be cool to do it in a Rover. Hmm, buy one use it for the trip and keep it at the brothers! Brilliant! This could be dangerous.

Looks like a good time was had. Maybe I should just plan the trip around Metal Dash and stop in for a pint.

    Cheers,
    Drew

What a great weekend! Don Flye reports that 43 people signed in and that we had about 30 vehicles.

Photo gallery is now up here:

I made it home in one piece in 5 hours less than it took me to come down. My thanks to Don, Judy, Mike and Les plus all my old and new friends for making it one of the best weekends I've had it quite a while.

So, the question is did you leave the roll bar in the truck or take the opportunity to get it out of there?
