    window track installation question

I have a IIA 109" Station Wagon. The window track on the back doors and cargo area windows is completely missing. (The front door window track is in great condition.) The problem is, the door tops are welded on, so I can't install window tracks the usual way.

    Any suggestions?

What is the issue with the doors being welded on. You should be able to do window tracks regarless. Just do them in place.

When I removed the glass from my window frames, I just unscrewed the small screws that were in the track rails above and below the glass. the frame had a piece of metal that slid out on the top after these screws were removed, allowing the glass to be lifted out easily. Assembly is the same, only in reverse. Not hard if you just look for the tiny screws. you may need to drill them out if you can't remove them, that is when having the door top removed is helpful, but not necessary.
